1. Booking: A full payment of the total service fee is required to secure your booking. This deposit is due at the point of booking and can be paid via payment gateway provided.
2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours notice to avoid losing your deposit. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.
3. Late Policy: If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited. Please communicate any delays as soon as possible to avoid this.
